1. How long will it take to get my design/order?

Design times vary by complexity and intricacy, as well as customer alterations. Full order
completion times, including printing, depends on the quantity ordered. Compu ARTZ strives
for delivery within 5 days, but this can vary depending on seasonality.


2. Can I bring my own artwork?

While graphic designing is one of our main services, we are aware that you may already have
a design done or may dabble in designing yourself. Should you have your own design, pelase
bring it in and we will advise if your order can be completed using it.


3. Can I bring my own paper stock?

Yes, you may bring your own paper stock. We will advise upon sight if the job can be done by
us using your material.


4. Will the cost be reduced if I order more?

Yes, cost per unit is reduced when you order more. This is due to the efficiency savings we are
able to make in printing larger batches.


5. What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash is the only form of payment we accept at the moment.


6. What are your business hours?

Our business hours are 9 am - 4 pm (Monday -Friday).


7. How do I contact you?

8. Can I make changes to my work order after it is placed?

We at Compu ARTZ always strive to meet our clients' needs. To the extent that it is possible,
we allow changes to work orders. However, we do ask that you attempt to make as few changes
as possible once your order is placed, as this can result in longer processing times and cost
variations. Once an order is in the printing/production stage, it may not be altered.

FedEx Authorized Ship Center

(FASC)

1. How long will my package take to arrive at its destination?

This depends on country/region. We strongly advise that you call or come in with this information
and we will provide an estimated timeframe for you.


2. Does FedEx deliver packages within Trinidad and Tobago?

No, FedEx does not do shipments within Trinidad and Tobago.


3. Is packaging provided for the items I'm shipping?

Compu ARTZ only provides standard FedEx boxes, envelopes and pouches. We do not provide bubble wrap or cardboard boxes. For documents, we do have manila envelopes for sale.


4. What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash is the only form of payment we accept at the moment.

5. Is there a cut off time for dropping off my items?

In order for your package to leave on the same day, we advise that you visit us in-store before 12:30 pm.


6. What items can be shipped?

We are aware that you may want to ship varying items. We recommend that you contact us and we will be happy to let you know if it can be shipped. Given the nature of our license, there are some items which we may direct you take to FedEx’s head offices for determination as to whether they can be shipped.


7. How can I track my package?

A handy way of tracking your package is FedEx’s online tracking portal. All you need is your tracking number. This is provided to you upon completion of your FedEx transaction at our in-store location. If you do not have access to the internet but have your tracking number, we will be happy to track a package that was shipped via our ShipCenter during normal business hours.
